About the Opportunity

A
national, physician-led value-based care provider
is looking for a
healthcare regulatory attorney
with
5+ years' experience
with telehealth, Anti-Kickback Statute, and digital health matters for a
2-3 month
engagement starting as soon as possible.

The work will involve providing additional regulatory bandwidth to the in-house legal team. The attorney will answer frontline regulatory questions, review marketing materials, and update internal regulatory guidance while supporting a team that works heavily with AI tools day to day.

Responsibilities

• Answer frontline regulatory questions submitted through the team's
  intake tool
• Review
  marketing and advertising materials
  against the client's existing compliance checklists
• Update and maintain internal
  regulatory guidance and playbooks
• Use
  AI legal tools
  such as GC AI and Claude as part of the daily workflow

Required Qualifications

• At least
  5 years
  of legal experience, with a focus on
  healthcare regulatory
  matters
• Hands-on
  telehealth
  regulatory experience
• Working knowledge of the
  Anti-Kickback Statute
  and physician and digital health regulatory issues
• Comfort using
  AI tools
  on a daily basis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with
  Medicaid
  and
  Medicare
  regulatory matters
• Background in
  value-based care
  arrangements

Key Details

• Location:
  Remote
• Schedule:
  Part-time, 20-30 hours per week
• Duration:
  2-3 months, starting ASAP
• Compensation:
  $100 - $125 per hour

Required:

• Active
  U.S. bar license
  (no specific state)
• Must be amenable to
  W-2 employment
  through a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
