Product Marketing Lead

About Agentio

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—so work that took months now happens in minutes.

We're on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. That means better outcomes for marketers and enabling creators to live off their work—finally being paid in proportion to the value they create. That shift is accelerating: Unilever's CEO has said the company will move roughly half of its ad budget into social and creators—Unilever is among the world's largest advertisers, spending around $9–10B annually. As these dollars move, they need performance-grade pipes; Agentio is how those dollars flow to creators with the speed, control, and measurement marketers expect. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance channels.

Our AI-Native platform enables real-time content understanding at scale, simultaneous reasoning across hundreds of thousands of pieces of content, and intelligent allocation of multi-million dollar budgets. Our models apply more cross-platform performance signal than anyone else in the world, compounding with every campaign through a high-trust marketplace with accelerating network effects. The result is a flywheel: brands get the performance they've been chasing, creators get the intelligence and income they deserve, and Agentio becomes the infrastructure powering a generational shift in where media dollars flow.

The market agrees. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation, including a Series B led by Forerunner that followed our Series A within a calendar year. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp. Named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. Named to Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026, one of 10 companies nationally recognized in the "On the Rise: 0–4 Years in Business" category.

An $800B market. A once-in-a-generation technology shift. This is the moment. This is the team. Come build something generational with us.

About The Role

As the first Product Marketing Lead on the team, you'll own how Agentio's product comes to market—from ICP definition and positioning to launch execution and sales enablement. You'll translate complex ad-tech and AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with sophisticated buyers and drive measurable adoption. This is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity to build the PMM function from the ground up at a hypergrowth startup.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, you'll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and Sales and Product leaders to shape how we tell our story—and ensure every launch lands with precision. We're looking for someone who can operate at the strategic level and roll up their sleeves to ship: a builder who owns outcomes end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Positioning & Messaging

• Own ICP definition, positioning, and messaging for Agentio's core product and new launche
• Translate product capabilities into clear, credible narratives and make conservative-but-confident claims that sophisticated audiences trust.
• Build and maintain messaging frameworks—personas, use cases, competitive positioning—that align with Agentio’s brand narrative.

Product Launches & Go-to-Market

• Lead end-to-end launch planning and execution: phased rollout plans, milestone definitions, exit criteria, adoption metrics, and activation strategies.
• Own the product launch calendar, strategy, and communications planning in partnership with Growth and Comms—driving clear dates and gates with a detail-oriented, data-driven approach.
• Partner with Product and Sales to ensure every launch is backed by the right narrative, the right materials, and the right timing.
• Act as the voice of the product across all stakeholders—keeping everyone aligned, informed, and moving fast.

Sales Enablement

• Ship the full enablement bundle: one-pagers, pitch decks and templates, talk tracks, demo scripts, video assets, website and email copy.
• Standardize what Sales uses and when—eliminate ad-hoc decks and inconsistent messaging.
• Serve as the bridge between Product and Sales; be the voice of the customer back to the product team.

Measurement & Adoption

• Instrument KPIs through the full funnel—from pitch to close to onboarding to retention—and be the arbiter of GA readiness.
• Work with the CEO and CTO to define success metrics for each launch and continuously improve based on results.

What You Need

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing
• Proven 0→1 B2B product marketing experience; has owned launches end-to-end.
• Exceptional narrative and positioning instincts—can make complex ad-tech and AI concepts simple and credible.
• Deep understanding of the marketing and advertising industry: what drives brand decision-making, how to measure across the funnel, and how to optimize for success.
• Strong cross-functional leadership; comfortable being the single-threaded owner across Product, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Proven experience influencing product decisions in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with experience using data to guide decisions and craft compelling narratives.
• A deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs to gain 10x leverage and automate previously-manual tasks.
• A clear, concise communication style that connects with both technical and non-technical audiences.

About You

• You're familiar with and passionate about the creator economy and digital advertising.
• You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, able to balance speed with strategy.
• You're laser-focused on outcomes and delivering value to users.
• You're comfortable in zero-to-one environments and thrive when you truly own the outcome.
• You're a natural leader with aspirations to grow into a leadership role.
• You're ready to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and work harder than you've likely ever worked before, but with far greater reward.
• You're a positive, honest, empathetic, and curious teammate.
• You understand that Agentio is building in-person, and is in-office 5 days/week.

What You'll Get

• The chance to define and own the product marketing function at Agentio.
• A high-impact, highly visible role where you'll see your work create immediate results.
• The opportunity to build a first-of-its-kind business as an early team member and make a meaningful impact in how brands share their stories and creators live off their work.
• A crash course in what it takes to scale a startup, with first-hand exposure to foundational business drivers and needs.
