At Appdome, our mission is to protect every mobile app. Our platform helps organizations automate security, fraud prevention and other defenses in Android and iOS apps—without coding or integrating SDKs. We help mobile brands protect their apps, their businesses and the people who rely on them.
As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you’ll help turn that mission into new business opportunities. You’ll identify potential customers, start meaningful conversations and build qualified pipeline for our sales team.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Marketing and channel partners to engage enterprise organizations whose businesses depend on mobile apps. Your conversations will connect with the priorities of security, fraud prevention, mobile engineering and digital business leaders.
You don’t need prior SaaS or cybersecurity experience to bring value to this role. We’re looking for drive, curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn. Whether your background is in sales, hospitality, retail, fundraising, recruiting, athletics or building something of your own, we want to understand what you’ve accomplished and what motivates you.
You’ll develop your enterprise sales skills, deepen your understanding of mobile security and contribute directly to Appdome’s growth.
What you’ll do
- Learn our platform and value proposition. Understand how Appdome helps companies protect mobile apps and explain the business value clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Build enterprise pipeline. Own a defined set of target accounts and use phone, email and LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospective customers.
- Reach the right stakeholders. Engage CISOs, CTOs, and leaders in application security, mobile engineering, DevSecOps, fraud prevention and digital product teams.
- Research accounts and identify timely opportunities. Look for relevant developments such as mobile app launches, digital expansion, security incidents, leadership changes and new fraud prevention initiatives.
- Personalize your outreach. Connect each prospect’s mobile business priorities and challenges to the value Appdome can provide.
- Qualify opportunities. Discover business needs, current approaches, key stakeholders and timing, then schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives.
- Partner on account strategy. Work with your Account Executives to prioritize accounts, build relationships with multiple stakeholders and coordinate next steps.
- Stay disciplined in execution. Maintain accurate activity, account information and next steps in our CRM, and meet or exceed agreed activity, meeting and pipeline targets.
- Support campaigns and events. Help generate interest in webinars, industry events and partner programs, and share prospect feedback with Marketing.
- Keep improving. Participate in training, call coaching and pipeline reviews, and apply feedback to strengthen your results.
