Core Experience

Strong experience in Data Product Management, Enterprise Data Management, and MDM, including defining data products aligned with measurable business outcomes.

Must-Have Competencies

Master Data, Modelling, and Governance

• MDM: Strong knowledge of Golden Record, match/merge, survivorship, hierarchies, reference data, and master-data domains.

• Data modelling: Strong experience with conceptual, logical, and canonical models, including entities, attributes, and relationships.

• Data governance and quality: Experience with ownership, stewardship, business rules, critical data elements, data-quality rules, and KPIs.

• Metadata and lineage: Understanding of metadata, business glossaries, and end-to-end data lineage, with the ability to translate these into data-product requirements.

Business Analysis, Product Delivery, and Stakeholder Management

• Business analysis: Strong skills in leading discovery workshops and translating business needs into use cases, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Product management: Ability to define and manage the Data Product roadmap, MVP, capability prioritization, dependencies, releases, and KPIs for adoption and value.

• Stakeholder management: Excellent ability to engage business teams, data owners, architects, governance and engineering teams, and senior client leadership.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience with Reltio/Informatica MDM, Collibra/Alation/Microsoft Purview, and Snowflake/Databricks, along with Jira or Azure DevOps.

• Experience driving enterprise data-product/MDM programs, solution-shaping workshops, and roadmap discussions in complex global organizations.
