This hands-on role combines relationship development, public speaking, creator recruitment, content production, and social strategy to build a market leader on a global brand platform.

What you will do

• Build and expand partnerships with leading wellness, health, fitness, and lifestyle creators.
• Represent and promote the brand at creator networking, matchmaking, and industry events.
• Design and host creator events, webinars, live sessions, and interviews.
• Serve as a recurring on-camera host across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Concept, film, and edit platform-native social content.
• Build and manage an always-on social calendar aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
• Manage priority creator relationships from outreach and negotiation through briefing and follow-up.
• Track creator recruitment, relationship development, content performance, and partnership results.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, social media, or creator partnerships within wellness, supplements, fitness, beauty, or consumer health.
• Recent experience working for a leading wellness or supplement brand.
• An established network of leading wellness creators, talent representatives, and creator agencies, with strong relationships in Los Angeles.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit recognized creators and convert relationships into active partnerships.
• Strong webinar, live-event, moderation, and presentation experience.
• A confident and natural on-camera presence.
• A portfolio of social content that the candidate personally hosted, filmed, or produced.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator-business models.
• Experience managing creator briefs, negotiations, deliverables, usage rights, and performance reporting.
• Ability to communicate wellness information responsibly within a claims-sensitive category.
• Ability to work regularly in Los Angeles and travel within the United States.
