**Data Scientist** — London, United Kingdom

> I turn complex data into decisions that matter. I'm a Data Scientist with an MSc in Data Science and an MRes in Computer Science (awarded, subject to minor corrections), backed by a foundation in Business Administration that keeps my work grounded in commercial reality. I don't just build models, I understand the business problem behind them. My background spans healthcare, research, and technology, giving me a perspective most data scientists don't have. I know what it means for a decision to affect a real person, not just a metric. That shapes how I work. I'm drawn to organisations where data has genuine stakes: the NHS, health tech, finance, public services, or fast-moving start-ups where the right insight at the right time changes outcomes. If you're building something that needs rigorous thinking and clear communication of results, that's where I do my best work. Currently open to Data Scientist and Data Analyst roles in London and across the UK and Ireland. Let's connect!

## Projects

### Revive: Burnout Prediction Tool for Care Workers (2025-2026)
Link: https://github.com/ChizurumNwachukwu/revive-burnout-prediction-tool Built and deployed a live web application that predicts burnout risk in care workers using a decision tree algorithm combining psychometric assessment with biometric data from wearable devices. The tool administers the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) alongside real-time inputs resting heart rate, sleep duration, and daily step count to classify users into 9 burnout risk categories and deliver personalised, evidence-based recommendations. Underpinned by original mixed-methods research with 65+ participants across the UK, including interviews, surveys, and live user testing with care workers and managers from London, Oxford, Leeds, Manchester, Plymouth, and beyond. Key outcomes: Deployed at revive-tool.com. A functional, user-tested prototype 90% of testers rated the tool easy or very easy to use Decision tree approach chosen deliberately for explainability over black-box accuracy Research presented at Middlesex University Postgraduate Research Summer Conference
