Processed feelings about being laid off during a run.
So there was one time where I got laid off. So
Running clears my mind, helping me simplify complex thoughts into a few key elements.
There's no, like, specific things that I was processing necessarily, but, yeah, one of the good things about running is, it really helps you, kind of clean your mind. So let's say there are some really complicated things. Let's say there are, like, five or six different things that are, you're, like, you know, trying to juggle with and then that's kinda occupying your, mind space. After running, maybe, like, three are gone. It really like, running really helps boiling down lots of different elements into, a few elements. So, yeah, just overall, it really helps me clear my mind and clear my thinking. I wouldn't say there was anything specific, that I try to process when I run, but it's just like, I also try to, kinda let let it let it go. You know, like, rather than try to grapple with, like, specific thing and try to think about that, I try to kinda, like, empty my mind as much as possible, which I think is a good way.
Running helps reset my mind, providing a fresh perspective for decision-making.
You yeah. I think so. I think, running running by itself may not necessarily bring the clarity. I don't I don't think I can attribute anything to the running part itself. But, I think being able to take a step back and look at it with a fresh new perspective or just, like, reset my mind, reset my body definitely helps.
